The Mission
As soon as 1970, Ressorts Masselin has organised its first quality department thus emphasizing that quality was a base line in the foundation of the company. Our mission is to be able to continuously meet the most stringent quality requirements. Today we are proud of our official certifications :
- ISO 9001,
- EN 9100 for Aerospace,
- Nuclear,
- Train applications.
as well as for the various specific customer approvals that we hold.
The Means
Beyond the men and women who on a daily base manufacture and control the springs of our customers, Ressorts Masselin invests regularly in modern control equipments :
- Dimensional measuring,
- Load testing,
- Magnetic inspection and fluorescent penetration test,
- Hardness measurement,
- Shotpeening intensity,
- Metalographic structure.
All these controls are made according to international standards with qualified operators.
Our cooperation with various organisations such as CETIM, FIM or SNFR enhances our capacity to offer additional controls capabilities.
