Compression springs, heavy duty springs can be manufactured using cold or hot rolling processes, mainly depending on the size of the spring. For application on heavy duty equipement those springs can be of big dimension with a complex design. This complexity can be linked to the choice of the material but also to the calculation and manufacturing when it comes to variable pitch/variable stiffness of the spring.

- Hot forming from 20 to 94mm bar diameter, using steels according to standard EN 10 089,
